Returns (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging included.
Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

For privacy and safety reasons, our return address is provided only after your return request is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase first.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
